Why we included this project

OpenCove is an Electron desktop app that puts your AI agent sessions, terminals, task lists, and notes on one infinite 2D canvas, so parallel work stays visible instead of hiding in tabs and long chat threads. If you live in Claude Code or Codex, you can run several sessions side by side and keep planning and execution in the same view. Switching projects doesn't cost you your layout, terminal output, or agent state. Persistent workspaces, space archives for jumping back into old contexts, global search across the canvas and terminal output, and git-worktree-based project isolation round out the workflow. It is still in alpha with nightly builds, so it suits early adopters and power users who want a spatial alternative to conventional IDE panes.
