Why we included this project

Noi is a native desktop app that gathers the AI services you already use into one browser-like workspace. Instead of jumping between separate tabs and windows for each chatbot, you get a single place to run them side by side. Its multi-window layout, session isolation, and local-first storage for history and settings make it feel like a real working environment rather than a thin launcher, which matters if you spend your day switching between several assistants. You can save and reuse prompts, and the built-in terminal plus the noi CLI let you control the app from agent tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini CLI. It is a practical choice for developers and power users who want a tidy, keyboard-friendly surface for their daily AI workflow.
