Why we included this project

cskefu is a self-hosted customer service suite rather than just another chatbot wrapper, so it fits teams that want to run their own omni-channel support operation. The modular Java/Spring Boot application bundles an agent workspace, contact management, visitor channel handling, and session management, and its OSGi plugin architecture keeps it reasonably extendable as needs grow. It's a natural fit when your customers are in the Chinese market, because the messaging channels and workflows it's built around are the ones that dominate there; the documentation covers team setup, channel configuration, and agent tooling in practical detail. You can also layer LLM-powered bot agents with RAG on top of the human-staffed queue for automated answers. One caveat: the commercial and open-source editions have diverged, and the OSS branch is officially sunset, so check its current maintenance status before you commit to it.
