Why we included this project

ChatGPT-On-CS is an open-source customer service agent for merchants who handle support messages across Chinese e-commerce and social platforms such as WeChat, Douyin, Pinduoduo, Xiaohongshu, and Zhihu. You connect your platform accounts and the bot answers incoming text, voice, and image messages using a model backend you pick from GPT-3.5, GPT-4, Qwen, ERNIE, or DeepSeek, with keyword-matched template replies for questions that come up over and over. Feed it your own knowledge base so answers reflect your products and policies, and reach for its plugin system when a reply needs something from outside, like a lookup on your own systems or the web. It is a self-hosted option for keeping responses consistent across several storefronts, though you will handle your own model keys, knowledge files, and account setup.
