Why we included this project

Codex-Manager is a desktop app plus a background service that handles the awkward part of working with the Codex CLI across several ChatGPT accounts. It keeps your accounts in one pool, imports tokens or sessions in bulk, and shows usage windows and reset times, so you can tell which account still has headroom before starting a long task. Beyond account switching, it runs a local OpenAI-compatible gateway that Codex, Gemini CLI, and Claude Code can point at, with per-account platform keys, model routing, and an optional plugin center. The web UI and Docker deployment let a small team share it as a gateway instead of keeping it on one machine. It is a management and routing layer, not a coding assistant, so it makes sense for developers who already use Codex and want more control over their accounts and how requests are dispatched.
