Why we included this project
Terminal-based AI coding agents usually pin you to the machine running the session. HAPI runs the official Claude Code, Codex, Cursor Agent, Grok Build, OpenCode, Kimi, Copilot, and Pi clients locally and gives you a web app, PWA, or Telegram Mini App to control them from your phone or browser. It wraps the agent you already use instead of swapping in a new one, so your terminal workflow and muscle memory carry over unchanged. The practical win is stepping away from your desk, approving a request with a tap, running a command remotely, and handing a session between local and remote without losing context. If you juggle several coding agents and want a self-hosted way to keep them reachable from anywhere, this is a solid control layer.
