Why we included this project
For a business that sells over chat, the usual choice is a SaaS CRM with a per-seat bill. DeskcommCRM takes a different route: it's a self-hosted CRM where AI agents handle the WhatsApp conversation through the WAHA bridge, and the same app tracks the contact, the pipeline, and the deal. Teams that want customer data on their own server get that with a one-command VPS installer rather than a long setup project. The LGPD focus and MCP readiness make it a practical fit for Brazilian and Latin American operations, and it's a workable alternative to Kommo, Octadesk, or Intercom for small sales teams and e-commerce shops that sell through chat.
