Why we included this project

Teams running large pools of OpenAI accounts to absorb heavy API traffic will find this a practical control panel, not just a wrapper around them. It continually checks the pool for expired credentials that surface as 401 errors and for exhausted usage quotas, then removes dead accounts so requests don't fail silently. When the number of online accounts drops below a configurable threshold, it starts a refill run on its own and shows the progress in the web console, which spares small teams from babysitting capacity around the clock. Registration can burst across many threads for speed or run at randomized intervals when you want to be more cautious. The tool is a FastAPI web app with a Docker image and an optional desktop build, and while automated account creation may run against a provider's terms of service, this.
