Why we included this project

Codex Tools is for people who run more than one Codex account and are tired of logging in and out by hand. The desktop app and the ctc CLI both handle the same core jobs: importing accounts through OAuth or JSON, checking per-account usage windows and plan types, and switching the local Codex login state with a single command or a TUI picker. It can also expose your account pool as a local OpenAI-compatible /v1 endpoint, rotating to whichever account still has quota, so Cursor, ChatWise, or your own scripts can use those accounts without ever opening the Codex app. The cloudflared integration is there for when a remote client refuses to talk to localhost and you need a public tunnel instead. If you manage several Codex subscriptions, the GUI and the ctc command-line entry point should cover most of the workflow.
