Why we included this project

MuseBot plugs the chat apps a team already uses into an LLM backend, so you can add an AI assistant to Telegram, Discord, Slack, Lark, DingTalk, WeCom, QQ, or WeChat without building a separate integration for each one. Setup is meant to take about a minute, and the bot works with OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, Doubao, Qwen, or OpenRouter, which makes it practical to run one assistant across a mixed set of platforms. It handles more than plain text: image recognition, voice input, image and video generation, and RAG context filling all come through the same deployment. The Go codebase runs locally or in Docker, and the admin panel, metrics, and cron triggers give whoever operates it a way to manage and monitor the bot once it is in daily use. For a team that wants a self-hosted chatbot living inside the chat tools people already have open, this is a solid starting point.
