Why we included this project
Most fine-tuning guides stop at the training step and leave deployment to the reader. WeClone instead walks the whole pipeline: export a Telegram conversation, strip out phone numbers and other private details, fine-tune a Qwen model with LoRA, then bind the result to a messaging platform like Telegram, Discord, or Slack. That integrated flow is the main draw for anyone who wants a personal digital avatar without assembling a dozen separate tools. Results depend heavily on model size and the volume of chat data, so expect better fidelity with larger models and richer histories.
