Why we included this project

Flawless (CISRE) is an AI SRE agent for Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure that treats incident response as a closed loop: risk discovery, evidence collection, root-cause diagnosis, human approval, controlled changes, and recovery verification all feed into one auditable chain. A task only closes when fresh evidence from the real target satisfies a recovery contract; a successful API call, a model's claim, or an old instance still reporting healthy does not count. The plugin-first architecture lets teams add database, VM, storage, or network capabilities as isolated providers and skills without touching the core orchestrator, while typed actions, blast-radius checks, and per-item human approval keep the model from running arbitrary commands. Operators get a React console, MCP servers for typed Kubernetes tooling, and agent trace spans that show what the model decided and what actually changed. One caveat: the PolyForm Noncommercial license limits use to noncommercial purposes, so factor that in before adopting it.
