Why we included this project
Platform and SRE teams that want automated guardrails on Kubernetes and Terraform pipelines should find a lot to work with here. Valqore scans Kubernetes manifests and Terraform configs, along with cloud resources, then returns a 0-100 score with a PASS, PASS_WITH_MONITORING, or BLOCK verdict, so deploys can be gated on concrete output instead of manual review. The appeal is breadth: 1,381 bundled rules and 19 compliance packs cover security, cost, carbon, and AI governance, including agentic-application and EU AI Act checks that most infrastructure scanners skip. It ships as a Docker container with no configuration or signup, which makes it easy to drop into CI. Teams carrying existing obligations such as SOC2, HIPAA, or FedRAMP get those mapped to ready-made rule packs from the start.
