Why we included this project
ToolJet is a visual builder for internal tools and dashboards, the kind of thing a team reaches for when they need an admin panel or a reporting view without standing up a whole frontend. Point it at your databases, REST APIs, or SaaS apps and you can arrange tables, charts, forms, and workflow steps on a canvas. It includes a no-code database of its own and can be self-hosted on Docker or Kubernetes, which matters if you want sensitive data to stay on your own infrastructure. Workflow automation and AI agent support are built in for teams that want to push past simple CRUD screens. For operations, support, and data teams that keep rebuilding the same internal apps, this is a reasonable thing to standardize on.
