Why we included this project

Ex-skill turns raw chat logs and screenshots into a Claude Code skill that speaks the way a specific person did. You point it at WeChat or QQ exports, photos, or just a written description, and it builds a persona with two layers: a shared-history memory (places you went, inside jokes, how arguments usually ran) and a five-layer personality profile covering speech style, emotional patterns, and behavior. Once created, you invoke it in the terminal and get replies in that person's catchphrases and tone, with modes for recalling memories or replaying arguments. It also lets you add new memories, veto lines the persona would never say, and roll back to earlier versions, so the character can grow as you do. This is a personal tool for reflection and closure, not a production chatbot framework, and it needs no GPU or local model, which makes it a low-friction experiment for anyone curious about building personas from real conversational data.
