Why we included this project

Probly puts a familiar spreadsheet grid next to a Python runtime that executes in the browser through WebAssembly, so you can work in tables and still fall back on Python when formula syntax gets in the way, without sending that part of the work to a server. The grid also hooks into an LLM for conversational analysis and automated trend explanations, and a vision API can pull structured data out of uploaded images and documents. A prompt library ships with reusable analysis templates and lets you save your own, which makes repeatable jobs noticeably quicker. For spreadsheet users who know some Python and want AI assistance without handing over local control of sensitive data, it is a practical choice.
