Why we included this project

WeChat is the app most teams already live in, but it rarely talks to the rest of their stack, and this self-hosted platform closes that gap. After binding an account, the platform relays conversations to and from Slack, Discord, Lark, DingTalk, and Notion, so a message that lands in WeChat can reach the channels the whole team already watches. An app marketplace adds capabilities like GitHub, Notion, weather, expense tracking, and RSS without writing code, and one install can run and supervise several bots at once. Developers also get WebSocket, webhook, and AI auto-reply paths for wiring in their own services or an OpenAI-compatible model, while the single-command installer with built-in SQLite keeps setup light for small teams that want control without a heavy stack. One honest caveat: the project is built on the public iLink protocol and carries an explicit learning-and-research disclaimer, so teams should weigh that before betting production traffic on it.
