Onlook is a desktop editor that runs your React and TailwindCSS app and lets you change it directly in the browser, writing every visual edit back into the source files. That round trip is what makes it useful: a designer can drag spacing or swap colors and hand the team components that already live in the codebase, rather than static mockups. The AI layer can generate and modify code on request, so developers can speed up UI work without leaving their component tree. If you build React interfaces and want a visual editing surface that stays in sync with your code, this is worth trying.
