Why we included this project

NLUX gives you a conversational chat UI for React, Next.js, and plain TypeScript apps, so you don't have to hand-build message lists, input composers, or streaming renders. It ships React components and hooks plus a lightweight vanilla core, and it talks to models through adapters for OpenAI, Hugging Face, and LangChain's LangServe, with a custom adapter interface for anything else. That covers both hosted model APIs and your own Express middleware. The zero-dependency core keeps the bundle small, while built-in markdown streaming and syntax highlighting handle the tedious parts of a polished chat experience. Teams that want a consistent, accessible front end quickly without adopting a heavyweight framework will find this a pragmatic fit.
