Why we included this project

imgcook turns Sketch, PSD, or static image files into front-end code that covers the view structure, data binding, components, and part of the business logic. The output isn't a static mockup: you can keep editing views and logic in a visual editor, push code to a project through a CLI or the VS Code extension, and plug in your own DSL and plugins if your stack expects a particular component format. Alibaba's own usage gives a sense of the ceiling: code imgcook generated made up 79.43% of the live code on one Tmall Double Eleven venue. For front-end teams tired of hand-slicing design drafts, especially on promotion pages and module-heavy builds, the thing to check is whether the generated code structure.
