Why we included this project
Elia brings a keyboard-first LLM chat client into the terminal, letting you fire off an inline conversation right under your prompt or open a full-screen session, and pick the model with a flag or a config entry. It talks to the usual commercial APIs, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, as well as local models running through Ollama or LocalAI, so hosted and offline chat share a single tool. Conversations are saved to a local SQLite database, which keeps your history private and searchable, and you can import past ChatGPT exports to bring everything together.
