Why we included this project

This repo is aimed at people applying for AI algorithm roles, and it does two things: a set of Word resume templates and a long list of concrete writing tips. The author picked .docx on purpose so candidates can edit in Word or similar office software instead of fighting with LaTeX or Markdown.
