Why we included this project

This repo collects internal referral channels for AI roles at Chinese companies, covering machine learning, computer vision, SLAM, autonomous driving, and NLP. The openings are grouped by campus recruitment, internships, and experienced hires, and the referrals span dozens of employers including Alibaba, ByteDance, SenseTime, Megvii, DJI, and Huawei. That breadth is the main draw: referral paths at these companies are otherwise hard to find, so having them gathered in one place saves real legwork. The repo also links to companion resources like interview-prep notes and a list of companies hiring computer-vision engineers. It is a snapshot of the 2021 hiring cycle rather than a live job board, so treat it as a reference for how AI recruiting works in China and a starting point for building your own list.
