Why we included this project

If your app is built on Ionic and you want to let users talk to it, this SDK is the official hook into Alan's voice assistant. You write the dialog script in Alan AI Studio, then add Alan's button component to your Ionic project; speech recognition, understanding, and text-to-speech all run on Alan's servers. That keeps the SDK thin, mostly handling connection, lifecycle, and event wiring, so you are not running a self-hosted model. The repo includes example apps that get a working voice UI up quickly, which helps if you need to validate a hands-free flow before committing. Just remember the actual AI logic lives in a commercial SaaS offering, so this is a client binding rather than a standalone assistant.
