Why we included this project

This Flutter SDK is the official Alan AI plugin, aimed at teams that want a voice-driven assistant without building speech recognition and text-to-speech from scratch. You drop a voice button into an existing app and wire it to dialog scripts you write and test in Alan Studio; the speech processing runs in Alan's cloud, so the repository code stays small and focused on integration. The bundled example apps, including a voice-controlled shopping flow, give you something concrete to learn from. Because the conversation logic lives on the platform, you can change dialog behavior without shipping a new version of the mobile app. The tradeoff is that the client only makes sense if you also commit to Alan's hosted service.
