Why we included this project

Biomedical researchers who already run coding agents will find this library immediately useful, since it turns a plain Claude Code or Codex session into something that understands the research workflow. It bundles more than five hundred SKILL.md files organized around evidence insights, protocol design, data analysis, and academic writing, so you can pull in a focused instruction set when you hit a specific task rather than wrestling with one monolithic tool. The skills cover concrete jobs like building PubMed search strategies, running differential expression or single-cell analyses, calculating sample size, and drafting a methods section. Because each skill is reviewed through a domain-specific audit framework before release, the statistical and methodological guidance is more trustworthy than generic agent prompts. Teams doing genomics or systematic-review work can use this as a shared starting point for standardizing how their agents approach biomedical problems.
