Why we included this project

AnimeGarden takes the release board 動漫花園 (DMHY) and repackages its scattered BitTorrent postings into something you can actually query: an open REST API, custom RSS feeds, a broadcast schedule, and search filters that narrow by fansub group, subtitle type, or keyword. There's also a TypeScript client that wraps the API calls, so you don't have to hand-roll requests. If you're automating anime downloads, it integrates with AutoBangumi and AnimeSpace, and the included agent skills plus an MCP endpoint let AI assistants pull release info on demand. For anyone building tools around anime media, it's a maintained source of torrent metadata that saves you from scraping the board yourself。
