Why we included this project

Teams shipping vibe-coded frontends keep landing on the same generic machine look, with indigo gradients and glowing stat cards standing in for real design. This project turns a catalogue of those visual and copy tells into an Agent Skill you install into Claude Code, Cursor, or another coding agent, then trigger with a plain-language prompt like 'kill the AI slop in this project'. The skill scans the codebase across HTML/CSS, React/Vue/Svelte/Astro, Tailwind, and PHP templates, groups findings by tell, and applies only the changes you approve, with small diffs that preserve intent. A scanner also runs as a standalone tool for read-only reports, and comment directives plus extra rule modules let you cover your own stack or language. The field guide is published in English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, with each of the 33 tells shown as a before-and-after fix, so the judgment stays transparent rather than a black box. Anyone who wants AI-generated output to stop carrying that telltale look, without redoing the whole design system by hand, will find this practical.
