Why we included this project

Image segmentation datasets are usually built by hand, and that is where ISAT earns its keep. It pairs an interactive labeling interface with the Segment Anything model family, so a click or a drawn box gives you a candidate mask to accept or correct instead of tracing every polygon boundary yourself. That makes long labeling runs noticeably less tedious. Recent versions add text prompts for multi-class scenes and support for video, and a plugin system lets teams script their own automation on top. If you are assembling segmentation training data in volume, this is a practical tool worth keeping close.
