Why we included this project
Carrot is a hand-maintained list of free ChatGPT mirror sites and AI web tools. Instead of hunting for a working endpoint yourself, you get a vetted set of links with small annotations telling you whether a site needs a login, is free, or only works with a VPN. That makes it easy to skip the dead and paywalled entries and get straight to something usable. It's a curation project rather than software you run, so treat it as a discovery starting point and double-check any site before you depend on it.
