Why we included this project
This Python tool automates Xiaohongshu (RED) posting by driving a real Chrome browser over the DevTools Protocol: it fills in titles, uploads images or video, writes hashtags, and clicks publish. Beyond posting, it searches notes, reads post details and comments, replies to specific comments, and likes or bookmarks posts, all from the command line. Multiple accounts stay isolated, and headless mode plus remote CDP support make it easy to run inside an agent harness such as OpenClaw or Claude Code. One caveat: it is only tested on Windows, and the project itself warns that automation can trigger rate-limiting or account suspension, so try it on a test account before pointing it at a real one.
