Why we included this project

ComfyUI's plugin ecosystem is scattered across hundreds of repos, and this list is one person's attempt to make sense of it. It groups extensions, custom nodes, and companion tools by type, so you can jump straight from prompt-weighting nodes to ControlNet preprocessors to alternative front-ends and Docker setups without a week of GitHub spelunking. The author runs a large node suite of their own, which shows in the picks: these are tools that actually get used, not just announced. It's a reference, not something you install, but if you're building or extending a ComfyUI pipeline it's the kind of starting point that saves real time.
