Why we included this project

This one is aimed at people who manage busy WeChat, Telegram, Lark, or WhatsApp groups and want an LLM to handle replies and routine admin. It connects those four messaging platforms to a wide range of models, from hosted services like ChatGPT, Claude, Kimi, and DeepSeek to local Ollama instances, with allowlists so the automation only touches trusted contacts and groups. What sets it apart is the local WeChat integration: through wx-cli it can read chat history, contacts, group members, and Moments, then run statistics or deeper AI analysis on a single friend or an entire group, including spotting inactive accounts. Setup is mostly a .env file plus a command-line agent, so a lone maintainer can get it running without a big ops team. One caveat: the default WeChat path logs in through the Web protocol, which carries some account risk, so it is best used on a secondary or low-stakes account.
