Why we included this project

For job seekers juggling dozens of listings, JustHireMe turns the whole intake pipeline into a local desktop app. It pulls roles from multiple sources, filters out stale or low-quality postings, then scores each one against your own profile using rules you can inspect, plus local semantic and graph matching, so you can see why a particular role is worth your time. For the leads that pass, it generates a tailored resume PDF, cover letter, and outreach drafts matched to the posting and your background, and it works beyond software roles. It runs keyless by default with local embeddings, so your profile and ranked leads stay on your machine unless you opt into a cloud model provider. That transparency is the real draw: you get AI assistance without handing your job search data to a black box.
