Why we included this project

Legal teams and developers building AI assistants for Chinese statutory law will find this a useful starting point. The repository packages 38 hand-written reasoning skills, each covering a single step in the legal workflow: retrieving a statute, extracting elements, running a deduction, or weighing an argument. Because practicing lawyers wrote and verified them, the skills reflect how PRC legal analysis is actually structured, including explicit warnings about where analogical reasoning is restricted. The bundled evaluation harness and benchmark results let you see how the skills perform before adopting them. It is a reference library to adapt, not a turnkey product, but for anyone wiring legal reasoning into an agent it saves a great deal of prompt design work.
