Why we included this project

For video makers who reach audiences across several languages, this tool turns a subtitle file you already have into a properly timed dubbed audio track. Give it a video and its SRT, and it translates the captions through Google Cloud or DeepL, generates neural text-to-speech clips, and stretches or re-synthesizes each one so the new voice lands where the original line was. You can run several languages in one pass, save config files so you don't have to re-enter translation and voice settings, and use the bundled helpers to do things like merge a sound effects track into each language track or keep YouTube titles and descriptions translated. It's aimed at creators who want repeatable, config-driven localization instead of editing each dub by hand, and it depends on subtitles that keep proper gaps between lines for good sync.
