Why we included this project

This collection of agent skills is meant to be loaded by Claude Code at session start, with each skill stored as a SKILL.md file that carries YAML frontmatter plus any bundled scripts and reference files. Teams running Claude Code get ready-made behaviors for everyday engineering work, including a four-step debugging discipline, post-mortem writing, an outsider-perspective code review, and delegation of menial tasks to a cheaper Qwen-backed subagent. There are also productivity skills that reshape engineer content for leadership channels like JIRA and Slack. The skills are grouped into buckets so you can tell which are meant for daily use versus personal or in-progress drafts, and installation is a single npx command. For anyone building their own skill library, the repo is a useful reference because each entry shows a concrete pattern for structuring instructions and frontmatter, along with any bundled scripts.
