Why we included this project

SwarmClaw is a self-hosted runtime for running autonomous agents on your own hardware rather than renting a hosted platform. You can stand up several agents that share durable memory, call MCP tools, and hand work to one another through delegation and scheduled runs, all visible in an org-chart dashboard that shows the whole team at a glance. The same setup works across many providers, so you can drive Claude, GPT, Gemini, or local models through Ollama, and it can also hand tasks to CLI tools like Claude Code or Codex. Teams that want a self-hosted base for multi-agent workflows, or that are looking to move off a heavier orchestration stack, get several on-ramps: a desktop app, a Docker image, and an npm package. If you want control over where your agents run and how your data is stored, this is worth a look.
