Why we included this project

Product managers who already work inside Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor will find pm-skills useful. Instead of one long assistant prompt, it ships 21 small skills, each owning one repeatable product task: one writes the PRD, another scores the backlog with RICE, ICE, or Kano, another sizes an A/B test, another turns a screenshot or URL into an HTML prototype. A pm-master skill routes your request to the right tool, and skills declare their upstream inputs and downstream handoffs, so several can chain together without you restating context at each step. A second layer of seven advisory skills brings in views like Marty Cagan, Teresa Torres, and the Mom Test to referee the judgment calls: whether a request is a real need, how to cut the MVP, or whether the team has walked into a build trap. This is a pack of skill folders you install, not a service running on your servers, so the final decisions stay with you; for teams already living inside an agent runtime it removes a lot of repetitive PM writing.
