Why we included this project

Classic server hardening checklists assume a human at the keyboard, so they don't transfer well once the operator is an autonomous agent with root access. This guide is written to be handed to OpenClaw directly, letting the agent read the defense matrix and put it into practice with minimal manual setup. Its stance is agent-centric zero trust: treat prompt injection, supply chain poisoning, and business-logic abuse as always possible, keep routine work low-friction, pause for human approval at defined red lines, and audit nightly so even healthy states get reported instead of silently skipped. A validation and red-teaming manual covers testing the defenses in a safe environment. Teams running high-privilege agents that install third-party skills, MCPs, and tools will find it a practical reference for moving beyond static host defense.
