Why we included this project

Students hunting for summer tech internships tend to have the same problem: openings get posted and filled within days, and generic job boards bury the roles they actually want. This repo tracks the cycle by keeping a daily-updated index of about 260 internship postings spanning software engineering, AI/ML, data science, quant, product management, and hardware, curated by the Pitt Computer Science Club and Simplify. Each row is a plain table entry with company, role, location, and application link, and a legend flags the details that decide whether an application is worth your time, like visa sponsorship, citizenship requirements, and employer tier. Because the list refreshes every day, it works best when you check it early and often, and many postings close quickly, so the cadence matters. It isn't software you deploy, just a well-maintained reference that saves a lot of manual scrolling.
