Why we included this project

Shob is a workspace for running several AI coding agents at once inside a single project, which removes the usual juggling between separate terminals and chat windows. You can have agents working on bug fixes, refactoring, tests, and documentation in parallel, then review their terminal output and diffs before accepting anything. The permission system is the strongest part: every command, file access, and code change waits for your approval, so agents can work on a real repository with an active branch and uncommitted changes without running wild. Large tasks can be split into smaller pieces and handed to specialized subagents, with consolidated results coming back to one place, and live task tracking shows what each agent is doing as it goes. It is in beta and aimed at solo developers, freelancers, and small teams who want AI-assisted development without giving up control or visibility.
