Why we included this project

Small companies and single business units often lack a senior team to pressure-test decisions. OpenExecutive gives them one: a single executive persona backed by eight specialist Claude agents, each covering a domain like strategy, finance, HR, legal, operations, marketing, product, or board communications. You get domain-specific advice without managing a dozen separate chat windows. The system remembers past decisions in SQLite and can proactively surface follow-ups through a built-in scheduler, so it behaves more like a persistent advisor than a one-off Q&A tool. It also ingests your own company documents into a local ChromaDB index alongside built-in MBA-level reference material, grounding answers in your actual situation.
