Why we included this project

For anyone job hunting who already pays for an AI coding CLI, this puts that subscription to work as a real search pipeline rather than a growing pile of open tabs. It pulls listings from 150+ company career portals, scores each one against your CV on a published five-dimension rubric (match, alignment, comp, cultural signals, red flags) to produce a 1.0 to 5.0 rating, and writes ATS-friendly resumes tailored to each role. It will also draft answers to the open-ended questions on Greenhouse, Ashby, and Lever forms, then hand everything back for your review before anything gets submitted. Everything runs locally in plain Markdown and YAML files, so your data never leaves your machine. The human-in-the-loop design is the point: it prepares applications right up to the click but never auto-submits, which keeps you in control of how recruiters see you.
