Anyone who runs real work through Claude Code and keeps re-typing the same agent definitions and skill files will recognize the problem Harness solves. You describe the project or task in a sentence, and the plugin produces a coordinated team of specialized agents plus the skills they need, built from one of six team-architecture patterns. The output lands as `.claude/agents/` and `.claude/skills/` files in your repository, so the structure is repeatable across projects rather than something you reinvent each time. It suits developers and small teams that want a consistent, organized multi-agent setup instead of one broad assistant trying to do everything.
