Why we included this project

If your team runs Claude Code or another agent that reads SKILL.md files, this repo gives those agents something most coding assistants lack: actual product-management judgment. It packages dozens of skills distilled from Lenny's Podcast and Newsletter into markdown files, each one carrying the named frameworks, checklists, and templates the guests really used, with quotes checked verbatim against the original transcripts. You can copy individual skill folders into your project's .claude/skills/ directory and pull in only the ones you need, whether that's writing a PRD, running customer interviews, or planning a launch. It's a content pack rather than a running service, but for teams that want their agent to think more like a seasoned product leader, it's a well-organized, source-backed starting point.
