Why we included this project

Graph-shaped data shows up in more places than you might expect, from citation and e-commerce networks to molecules, and this curated list collects the papers that apply large language models to those structures. Entries are grouped by how the models approach the problem: answering questions about a graph directly, reasoning over it heuristically or algorithmically, or fine-tuning the model to work with graph structure, and each one links to its arXiv paper and often the code. Because the organizing scheme comes from a peer-reviewed TKDE survey, the categories reflect an academic framing instead of a hurried scrape of recent preprints. Researchers mapping the field and practitioners weighing which technique is ready to prototype can jump straight to the relevant methods and datasets. It is a reading list rather than software to install, but it saves hours of scattered searching when scoping a literature review or a feasibility study.
