Why we included this project

This is a collection of markdown-based skills that plug into Claude Code and similar agentic coding assistants, turning them into practical help for the job search. Each skill teaches the agent one concrete task, like checking a resume against ATS keyword requirements, rewriting weak bullets into metric-backed statements, analyzing a job posting for match score and gaps, or generating STAR interview stories. The set covers the whole pipeline, from tailoring a resume to a single posting and writing cover letters to comparing offers and prepping salary negotiation. Career changers and technical or executive job seekers get dedicated skills for translating skills across industries and for C-suite and academic CV formats. Installation is straightforward via the skills CLI or by copying folders, and the skills work across many supported assistants, so you can pick the pieces you need without committing to one tool.
