Why we included this project

Oil Motion is an agent skill rather than a library: you describe the effect you want and hand over your source images, and the agent designs the key frames, generates the in-between motion with an AI video model, then cleans and compresses the result into web-ready assets. Since AI video only plays start to finish, the skill maps your chosen input, whether scroll, mouse, drag, or device tilt, to a point along the animation, so the same footage plays forward and backward naturally instead of looping. It also picks the delivery format for you, choosing between alpha WebP sprite sheets and green-screen MP4 based on display size and device budget. That makes it a practical fit for marketing sites, product intros, or character demos where you want polished motion without a dedicated motion designer on the team.
