Why we included this project

Twick is a React SDK for teams that need to embed a real video editor in their own product rather than bolt on a hosted widget. The packages are modular: a timeline model, canvas-based editing, a live player, and a full Studio UI, so you can drop in the complete editor or assemble your own surface from the lower-level pieces. The AI angle is practical: caption and transcript generation runs on Google Vertex AI (Gemini), and export happens either in the browser via WebCodecs or server-side with FFmpeg. That fits SaaS products and automated rendering pipelines. Stock media from providers like Pexels, Unsplash, and Pixabay is available through an asset library abstraction. Teams building video SaaS, content platforms, or batch rendering workflows will get the most out of the headless render packages, though this is a developer SDK rather than a ready-made consumer editor.
